Breath by Ben Daniels

Breath is connected to so many things in life. This morning during my Breathwork I realized that even to talk we use our breath. Consciously breathing in different ways brings about feelings of euphoria, relaxation, bliss, joy, gratitude, peace, contentment and more. It helps to relax my physical body and calms the mind. I feel connected to my subconscious. Through that connection healing takes place on many levels and I receive information.

Breath is always there in the present. NIYADO - ITS UP TO YOU.

Take a deep breath in. Take it in!
