Join Bhante Kusala for a practical, heart-centered meditation retreat grounded in Tranquil Wisdom Insight Meditation (TWIM). This retreat emphasizes ease, kindness, and clarity—helping you soften tension, release habits of struggle, and experience stillness that naturally gives rise to insight.
What is TWIM?
TWIM (Tranquil Wisdom Insight Meditation) is a gentle, effective approach rooted in the early suttas. It cultivates collectedness and insight together through loving-kindness and the 6Rs:
Recognize a distraction
Release it
Relax any subtle tension
Re-smile to rekindle a light mind
Return to the meditation object
Repeat as needed with patience and friendliness
The 6Rs dissolve tightness instead of fighting it, opening the mind to calm, joy, and clear seeing.
