The Art of Slowing Down: A Nature Connection Retreat

Friday January 3rd- Sunday January 5th, 2020

We can all agree life is hectic, therefore we move at a fast pace through our everyday lives just to keep up. This retreat offers you a chance to slow down in a safe and relaxing space with a variety of hands-on, experiential activities and meals to help you connect more intimately with the natural world, as well as yourself. Team building, meditation experiences, journaling and tracking are a few of many of the activities that will be focused on. The purpose of this retreat is to build your confidence and a strong community, and learning activities that can be retaught to other family members and/or students, through the use of outdoor skills, self-awareness and reflection.


The Art of Slowing Down: A Nature Connection Retreat cost of attendance is $235. Luckily, if you register early there are TWO HUGE DISCOUNTS! The first, called the Extra Early Bird Discount is  $185 and is available now until November 31st. The next, called the Early Bird Discount is $200 and is available from December 1st until December 25th. December 26th-January 4th will be full price. Payments can be made in full or through a confirmed payment plan. Deadline for payment is Friday, Jan. 4th at 12:00 am. There will be no refunds unless The Art of Slowing Down: A Nature Connection Retreat is cancelled.

Participants in this class will be sleeping indoors. However, please note that much of the retreat will be held outside so be prepared for the nature immersion aspects of this experience. Be sure to bring everything you need to stay warm and comfortable while being outside (Outdoor lodging is available as well).
